How is this different from a full remodel?+
We don't move plumbing or change the layout. That's how it's one day instead of three weeks and $5,000 instead of $30,000. Same room, completely different look.
Is it really one day?+
For The Day Rescue, yes — in by 8, out by 5. The Full Rescue is one to two days, the Signature Rescue is two. We tell you which before we start.
What if I'm selling and I'm on a deadline?+
Tell us the listing date. That's the constraint we build around, and we'll say no if we can't hit it rather than promise and miss.
Do you do the whole bathroom?+
Floors, paint, vanity, faucet, mirror, hardware on every package. Toilet, lighting, tub surround and tile on the larger ones. If you want the layout changed, we'll tell you honestly that you need a different kind of contractor.
Is the price really flat?+
Yes, agreed in writing before we start. The only way it changes is if you add something, and we'll price that before we do it.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — licensed and insured in Virginia, and we'll send you the certificate without being asked.
